Today's Toby

Enjoying a quiet moment in the block at Gymboree.

A special election here in NYC, means this is Toby's 3rd time going to the polls. He takes it very seriously.

Rather, Toby and Daddy (and Mommy) were at MAD - The Museum of Arts and Design. Not the most toddler friendly, but some interesting pieces.

If you look carefully, you'll see that Toby has 3 FULL graham crackers in his hot little hands. And there's a pile of graham crackers on the floor behind him. This is what happens when mom forgets just how skilled he has become and walks out of the room while leaving the snack bag on the floor. You have my respect, kid. Enjoy every bite of your prize.

"Dad, your watch is cool...wait what time is it?  I gotta run.  Where are my pants?"

For reasons Daddy and I don't understand Mommy's not big on breakfast.  So when Mommy had an early Sunday morning appointment in Manhattan, Daddy and I went to a diner.  Home Fries and Sausage are my favorites!

A week later, I think we might be done with museum photos.  One more of Mommy and a Dinosaur on our way out. 

"Mom, this zoo is BORING.  Also, why is dad taking a picture of that elephant's butt?"

Several years ago we took this same photo without a baby.  Good to see you again Titanosaur!   Glad you got to meet Toby.

We visited the Museum of Natural History and saw the groundhog on Groundhog Day!  We seemed to be the only one that noticed we were there on THE day.  Toby was also unimpressed.  

...we can't get a penguin, you just mean there isn't time to pick one up before bedtime, right? Cause I'm pretty sure it WOULD fit in the tub.
