 Finally got an appointment! Now to see if I can sit still while watching the Olympics.

Mom, look at me! I can do gymnastics! (Our sincere thanks to Ms. Biles, who is an inspiration to us all.)  

The best part about new PlayDoh, is mixing all the colors together. (It's also very serious work.)  

We have been learning about dog breeds and we are in love with Labs and Goldens...but we're not sure we should let anyone know how we feel. We're hiding it well.  

With the weather being super hot, we've been staying inside more. But we're still having a lot of fun. (Though we're going to have to up-level our obstacle course soon.) The Letter of the Day is... Can you guess? It's one of my favorite countries.  U for Uzbekistan!   

When you get ketchup on your elbow and Mom tells you you won't be able to lick it off. Challenge accepted. Also, ketchup is delicious.  

It's been hard to get an appointment at the Mom Salon. They have the strangest hours these days!  

What do you mean we had Italian Ice in our neighborhood the whole time?!?! Seriously, this is good stuff.  

Skipping a nap to wake Daddy up from his. You're welcome, Dad.  

Learning a game with Grandpa. First two games went to Toby!  

We were having an awesome time with some pink kinetic sand, so we decided to try making our own...  And the Internet told us everything we needed to know! We were able to dye the sand teal AND make it into awesome, moldable, kinetic sand. So fun! (Also, we'll be tracking sand all over for the rest of forever. But you only live once.)  

We are so grateful that Grandma Wright was able to come and stay with us this past month. Here's to Trolley Rides and Marble Races, Dog Breeds and Global Flags. Thank you for taking such good care of us.  

An update on blogs and emails: - In theory, if you follow Today's Toby by email, I've signed you up to receive the blog posts for Toby and Spencer via Mailchimp. They will come as 2 separate emails from Today's Toby and Seeing Spencer respectively. We'll see whether I've set everything up correctly. (These emails will also be sent to me, so I will know how/if it's working.) You should receive 2 Today's Toby emails until blogger shuts off their email function. - Spencer's blog can be found at https://seeingspencer.blogspot.com/. I wanted to do separate blogs for them so that each of the boys have their own digital record of their childhood. As a result some of the photos may be duplicated. We'll see how it goes. - I'm still working on getting the "subscribe" function to work on both blogs. There's a bit of a learning curve with this and getting the time on a computer to figure it out is tricky at the moment. I'm working on it. It

Who needs a jungle gym? The couch will be just fine.  

When we saw this cup at CVS, Toby thought it was the silliness thing he had ever seen. So we had to take it home with us. You can't just leave silly sitting there on the shelf.  

Carefully making his selection at Dunkin Donuts. Diligence will get you the best donut there ever was. (I'm told this one was BETTER than the pink one from National Donut Day.)  

Hi All, Apologies for the lack of a Toby picture in this post. If you get Toby's blog by email, please give this a read. If you don't, feel free to skip it. Blogger is ending their email feature sometime this month. I will be figuring out how to get the posts to email out with a different platform, but things are a little stretched here at the moment.
