Today's Toby

Just 2 kiddos enjoying their breakfast. (OK, enjoying is strong. But they're eating it. So that's a win.)

After a rare (but fun) brother bath it was time for joint story time. Toby wanted to take on reading duties for the night, which I think Spencer thought was pretty cool.

Toby went to his first non-family birthday party this weekend. He's been enjoying the maze toy from his goody bag - both getting the ball to the center and shaking it out.  

Fan and bubbles. Harder to pop them, but lots of fun being the one to blow them. And some afternoon sunshine.  

 Toby and Daddy made a special trip into Manhattan to see some friends in a show. First, NJ Transit! Then we found the theater. Found our seats. And had a great time!  All and memorable first theater experience!

Today Toby learned that the 24 hour day was a thing long before Mom or Dad or any of his grandparents were around. To quote Super Grover, "Hubba Wah?!?"  

The great thing about an umbrella is that it continues to fit for much longer than your favorite clothes. (These were taken on the first day of school. Hence, the concerned look.)  

Dad is hanging up the mountain of flags that Toby got for his birthday. Toby is giving constructive feedback. We all have our strengths.
