Today's Toby

Mom found a fun Easter Project. Place eggs in vinegar and dye and let them soak for 3 days.  Who knew?

Did you doubt for a second what would be one of Toby's eggs?

Toby got his recital costumes today. They tried them on to make sure they fit. Next up: show time.  

Putting to use everything Mark Rober taught him about air hockey.  

In anticipation of the new Dog Man book, our library had free masks of Dog Man and his nemesis. To be clear, Toby has no interest in reading the Dog Man books, but he definitely wanted in on the fun of library freebies.   

Our library invited kids to paint mini painting for a gallery at the library. Here Toby is posing with his picture The Barnyard .  

Not only do you get door to door service with a stroller, but you also have a seat (with a sun shade) anytime you want one.  

Silly boy, silly bear, silly book. A classic combination (for good reason).  

We let Toby paint an accent wall in his room. He was very excited to be able to help make it a reality.  

They had a Makers Fair at Glen Ridge High School today. This is what we found in one of the Spanish classrooms.  

One of Toby's classmates celebrated their birthday at a movie theater. So Toby saw his first movie theater movie - Kung Fu Panda 4! (He enjoyed some of the funny bits but thought it was a bit too scary.)

Toby-Wan Kenobi strikes again... These are not the M&M's you're looking for. Well, maybe they're the M&M's you're looking for... But I got to them first!   

Our library held a chess meet-up for grade 1-3. Toby played 3 games and was lucky enough to go undefeated.  

Still chilly but at least there was some sun.

Toby was Star-Student this week. Here was the poster he made and hung in his classroom all week with some photos from his life.
