C is for Cookie

Step 1:  Help Dad remember all the ingredients. (Not Pictured)

Step 2: Mix it up.


Step 3: Be sure to eat plenty of batter.


Step 4: Some things Dad says I can't really help with.  (Not pictured)

Step 5:  Carefully carry cookies to Mom while Dad carries the milk.


Step 6:  Deliver the cookies after blowing them off the couple of times they might have hit the floor on the way.  


Step 7:  Enjoy the cookies myself  (there would have been a picture of this, but apparently Dad was eating cookies himself.  

We've been lucky enough to be cookie-rich to help get us through this time in isolation.  Most of the time it's Mommy and Toby delivering cookies to Daddy.  This time it was the other way around.  Either way, Toby is a key helper every time.

Lucky 7

Not a bad way to kick off being 7. There were pancakes. There were presents. There was mini golf. There was McDonald's. And there were cupcakes. Thanks for making us parents, kiddo. We love you tremendously. Here's to another turn around the sun.
