Today's Toby

When the hotel marketplace has Bronco donuts on game day, the breakfast decision becomes easy.  

When you're up several hours before the rest of the people you're traveling with, you can get it some good early morning games.  

Having some fun playing chess in the beautiful mountain air.  

When we find a bear to be friends with, we take a picture. Toby is hinting to where we flew to in both pictures.

Turns out pirates are very well rounded. This one - for example - is working on his drawing skills.

Toby was very excited for his 2nd fantasy draft today. This year is all kids!

 So much fun seeing the Hartleys. For the record, we did not exclude Harriet. She just wasn't feeling the group photo vibe :-)

Someone else's trains are always more appealing than your own.  

Tonight was Back To School night for Toby's school, so Mom and Dad got to see Toby's classroom and meet his teachers. This is a picture of their class. This was his 4th Grade "all about me" worksheet.  

Toby has decided he wants to walk to school with his friends. Today was their first day of doing it. He's the 3rd on the pickup route. This was them with the map of their route, nearly setting out in the wrong direction. But, in the end, they got it sort out and even made it to school a little early.  

Ready for his first day of 4th Grade! And eager to pass on his wisdom to the new Kindergartener next to him.
