Today's Toby

Chilling by the park benches.  

Say what now? I don't think so. This interview is over.  

A little water and cellophane fun.  

I probably sleep in some weird positions too,  but right now I'm the one who wakes him up.  

This book is going to blow your mind. Ooooh. Aaaah. Turning the page. Look, if you want to talk you need to raise your hand.  

A joint post between the two blogs today. Photos of the three of them are often hard to catch, so here's another angle of the shot from 'Seeing Spencer'. These three are spending a lot of time together right now. It's been a time of adjustment for all of us, but Cotton is handling it with grace and an abundance of love and laughter, as always.  Not to mention pulling the lion's  share of keeping these photos coming every day. Thank you, Cotton. Happy Mother's Day to you and everyone. ❤️   

This kid has done a fantastic job learning to read. It's delightful to see him gobble up books. A video of him reading his latest chapter book. (He repeats the sentence because he loses his spot. But he's rocking it.)  

Whenever we get out the activity bin, we call that "a project". We started this one with separate stations but eventually figured out how to play together.

About to snap a photo of Mommy and Spencer and Toby jumped in yelling "CHEEESSSSEEE!" And now snack time!

 

We inherited a treasure trove of bubbles and are reaping the benefits.   

Have globe, will travel.  

It's the darndest thing. The Professor stops by to visit and Toby is nowhere to be found.   

It's very exciting when Kansas wins March Madness. Thanks for the celebratory shirt Grandpa Paradine!  

Toby needed a reminder of the game we used to play with a stick at Willow Lake playground, but once he remembered he wad excited to show Spencer.
