Look Daddy Elmo, it's just like I told Baby Elmo, we're gonna go out there and give it all we got. Run faster than the other monsters and put the ball where it's supposed to go. You got this!

I think I'm really cut out for this coaching thing. It's like it just comes naturally to me.
