No minor characters
Toby has a habit of falling in love with characters who appear only briefly. Here he's in love with Candice from Phineas and Ferb.

It's a bit hard to see, but the in the center of the first two photos is Toby in the pool with his instructor and the supervisor giving him his test. The second two photos are the proud Glider 2 graduate with his ribbon after passing the test
