Good Lighting
I realize this is almost an identical shot to a recent post,
but sometimes the lighting is so perfect you have to get the shot anyway.

It's a bit hard to see, but the in the center of the first two photos is Toby in the pool with his instructor and the supervisor giving him his test. The second two photos are the proud Glider 2 graduate with his ribbon after passing the test
